We are the Capozzolo Brothers Slate Company and we create beautiful gifts
made of genuine slate. Our quarry operation exists just a few miles outside the
original old slate mining town of Bangor, PA. Here we mine slate much the way it
was done years before. Each stone is lifted with
mere chisels, hammers and bars
from deep within the earth where it lay untouched for millions of years. It is
then transported to our mill, hand split and crafted into the most unusual gifts
such as Coasters, Christmas Ornaments, Refrigerator Magnets, Plaques, Clocks
and much more. We have many items in our gift shop. Come visit. We also welcome company,
club, school, wedding and anniversary custom designs. Our products are ideal
